How much drawdown should I expect?
It depends on the mode. As a planning guide, Prop Firm mode is up to 10%, Balanced mode is around 10-20%, Aggressive mode is around 20-30%, and Flip mode can reach 30-40%. You can also set your own maximum drawdown and daily drawdown limits inside DowGold, which is especially useful for prop firm accounts.

Does it work on prop firm accounts?
Yes. DowGold includes a Prop Firm mode designed for stricter account rules, with drawdown control up to 10%. You can add your own daily drawdown and maximum drawdown limits if you want extra control, but most people leave the system to manage the risk settings for them.
Does it avoid news and change strategy?
Yes. DowGold connects to our cloud system, where multiple strategies can run at the same time. Poor-performing strategies can be pulled when needed, and the system can stand aside around risky conditions without you manually adding news filters, web request URLs, or extra settings.
Will it take stop losses?
Yes. DowGold takes stop losses, and the whole position always sits behind one hard maximum loss, so the downside is capped rather than open-ended. When a trade moves against it, it can scale in at better levels to work the entry back — but the lot size stays constant, so this is never martingale.
