At Cheaper Forex, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality digital products that meet their needs and expectations. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency, we have outlined our Return and 7-Day Refund Policy for digital products below.
1. Digital Product Nature
Our products are exclusively digital — including but not limited to downloadable software, e-books, templates, and other digital content. Since these products are intangible and delivered electronically, they cannot be returned physically.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not issued once a purchase is completed, unless there is a verified technical fault with the product that we cannot resolve. Please ensure you have read the product description, verified compatibility, and understand the features prior to purchasing.
3. Exceptional Circumstances & 7-Day Refund Policy
We’re committed to fairness. If you encounter a technical issue caused by the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. You must allow us to troubleshoot and attempt to fix the problem, including offering remote support via UltraViewer.
If we cannot fix the issue, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
The EA/software is not “profitable” — Forex markets are unpredictable and profits/losses vary by user.
You are unable to backtest the EA — this is often caused by missing or poor-quality data on your platform.
The purchase was made with cryptocurrency — refunds in this case will be issued as store credit only.
⚠️ Any customer who initiates a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider before contacting us will be permanently banned from future purchases, and software access may be revoked where applicable.
4. Unauthorized Sharing & Account Termination
All licenses are single-user only unless stated otherwise.
If you share, leak, distribute, or attempt to resell any of our products — paid or free — we reserve the right to:
❌ Revoke your access to free lifetime updates
❌ Terminate your account permanently
❌ Remotely disable your license if applicable
We watermark and track our digital files. Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination of access.
5. Technical Issues
If you’re unable to use the product due to a technical error, please contact support. If we verify that the product is non-functional and cannot be fixed, we will offer you a full refund within the 7-day window.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
