Are these official products or cracked versions?

100% official. We purchase bulk licenses directly from developers and the MQL5 marketplace, then pass the savings on to you. There are no cracks, no pirated files, and no dodgy DLLs. Your EA is activated through official channels and will never stop working or get blacklisted.

How does the activation process work?

For Exclusive MQL5 products: After purchase, we schedule a quick remote session (usually via AnyDesk or TeamViewer) and activate the EA directly into your MT5 terminal from the MQL5 marketplace. Takes about 60 seconds.

For standard products: You'll receive an instant download link via email and your account dashboard.

Will I receive future updates?

Yes — free lifetime updates are included with every purchase. For MQL5-activated products, updates download automatically through your MT5 terminal. For standard downloads, new versions are uploaded to your account when available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Crypto payments receive a 20% discount at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

For Exclusive MQL5 MT5 products: Full refund for any reason within 7 days — but only if the EA hasn't been activated yet. Once it's installed to your MT5, no refunds and no swaps. We've used one of our genuine activations and can't resell it.

For standard download (MT4) products: Refunds are available within 7 days for errors we can replicate — such as corrupted files or issues attaching to your chart. Let us know and give us a chance to resolve it first. If we can't fix it, you'll get a full refund. We don't offer refunds just because you backtested it and didn't like the results.

I can't find my download link — where is it?

Check your account under the "Orders" section. Download instructions are also sent to your email automatically after purchase — check your spam folder if you can't find it. Still stuck? Contact us on Telegram and we'll sort it out immediately.

Do you offer installation support?

Yes — free installation support is included with every purchase. If you're not comfortable installing the EA yourself, we can do it remotely via AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Just message us on Telegram to arrange a time.

Which trading platforms are supported?

Our products work with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Each product page specifies which platform it's compatible with — most new EAs are developed for MT5, while older products often support MT4.

Do I need a VPS to run these EAs?

A VPS isn't required, but it's recommended if you want your EA to trade 24/5 without interruption. Running on your home PC works fine, but if your computer restarts or loses internet, the EA stops trading. A forex VPS costs around $10-20/month and keeps your EA running even when your PC is off.

Can I run the EA on multiple accounts?

This depends on the specific product and developer licensing. Many EAs allow unlimited accounts, while others have restrictions. Check the product description or contact us if you need clarification before purchasing.

Are these EAs suitable for prop firm challenges?

Many are, but not all. Prop firms typically ban martingale, grid trading, and HFT strategies. We have a dedicated Prop Firm EAs category with products specifically selected for their safe trading methods and low drawdown. Always check your prop firm's rules before running any EA.
