Already paid for an Exclusive MT5 EA? Send your order number and connection details and we will install it for you, usually within hours during support hours.

Your connection details
This form is sent over an encrypted connection and only used for your install. Use a temporary VPS password where you can, and change it once the EA is running.
How the install works
We connect to your PC or VPS and activate the EA inside your MT5 terminal. The connection itself takes about a minute.
Before you submit
- Open every MT5 terminal you want the EA on, all on the same machine. Label each window or note the account numbers so we know which is which.
- Have your order number ready. It is in your order email and in your account dashboard.
Important: MQL5 login
You must not be logged into your own MQL5 account. We cannot install the EA if you are, and the product cannot be transferred to your personal MQL5 account.
If that does not work for you, ask for a refund before we start the install.
Connection options
- 1AnyDesk or UltraViewer. Free from anydesk.com or ultraviewer.net. Send us the ID and password shown in the app.
- 2VPS direct access. Send the VPS IP and a temporary password. Change it back once we are done.
