Buying
What is CheaperForex?
CheaperForex is the original discounted Expert Advisor reseller. We sell official MQL5 products at up to 80% off retail prices. Since 2019 we have served over 28,000 customers, with a 4.5 star rating on Trustpilot.
Are these official products or cracked versions?
100% official. We buy bulk licenses directly from developers and the MQL5 marketplace, then pass the saving on to you. No cracks, no pirated files, no dodgy DLLs. Your EA is activated through official channels, so it will not stop working or get blacklisted.
Why are your prices so much lower than MQL5?
We buy licenses in bulk directly from developers, which lets us discount heavily. It is the same official product with the same updates, at a fraction of the retail price. Think of it as buying wholesale instead of retail.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Crypto payments get an automatic 20% discount at checkout because we avoid card processing fees.
Will it work with my broker?
Yes. An EA runs inside your MetaTrader terminal, not at the broker, so it works with any MT4 or MT5 broker. Check that the product matches your platform version, and that your broker offers the symbols the EA trades, for example XAUUSD for a gold EA. Any broker-specific requirements are listed on the product page.
Are these EAs suitable for prop firm challenges?
Many are, but not all. Prop firms typically ban martingale, grid trading and high-frequency strategies. We have a dedicated Prop Firm EAs category with products selected for safer trading methods and low drawdown. Always check your prop firm rules before running any EA.
Delivery and installs
How do I receive my purchase?
Exclusive MT5 products: we install them for you. After purchase, send us your connection details through the contact page and we activate the EA inside your MT5 terminal from the MQL5 marketplace, usually within hours during support hours. The connection itself takes about a minute.
Standard download products: you get an instant download link by email and in your account dashboard.
Do I need to be at my PC for the install?
For a remote session, yes. Have MT5 open and logged into your trading account, with AnyDesk or UltraViewer running, then send us the ID and password. If your EA runs on a VPS, you can send us the VPS details instead and we will install without you being there. Either way, use a temporary password and change it once we are done.
Do you need my MQL5 login?
No, and please do not be logged into your own MQL5 account in the terminal when we install. The EA is activated on your terminal, not transferred to your personal MQL5 account, which is what makes the price possible. If that does not suit you, ask for a refund before the install goes ahead.
Can I run the EA on more than one account?
Exclusive MT5 products: up to 10 MT5 terminals on the same machine. Open every terminal you want the EA on before the install so we can activate them all in one session.
Standard download products: this depends on the developer license. Some allow unlimited accounts, some do not. Check the product description or ask us before buying.
Do you offer installation support?
Yes, free with every purchase. If you are not comfortable installing a download product yourself, we can do it remotely over AnyDesk or UltraViewer. Message us on Telegram to arrange a time.
Do I need a VPS to run these EAs?
A VPS is not required, but it is recommended if you want the EA trading 24/5 without interruption. A home PC works fine, but if it restarts or loses internet the EA stops trading. A forex VPS costs around $10 to $20 a month and keeps the EA running when your PC is off. See our VPS setup guide.
Which trading platforms are supported?
MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Each product page states which platform it is for. Most new EAs are built for MT5, while older products often support MT4.
After purchase
Will I receive future updates?
Exclusive MT5 products: yes. Every update lands inside your MT5 the moment the developer releases it, at no extra cost.
Standard download products: future updates are included free when we receive them, and are added to your account. You never pay twice for the same product.
What happens if the developer stops updating the EA?
Your EA keeps running exactly as it is. An MQL5 activation does not expire and does not depend on the developer releasing more updates. We simply cannot supply updates that do not exist.
Can I get a refund?
Exclusive MT5 products: full refund for any reason within 7 days, as long as the EA has not been activated yet. Once it is installed to your MT5 there are no refunds or swaps, because one of our genuine activations has been used and cannot be resold.
Standard download products: refunds are available within 7 days for errors we can replicate, such as corrupted files or the EA failing to attach to a chart. Give us a chance to fix it first. If we cannot, you get a full refund. We do not refund because a backtest did not give the results you hoped for.
I cannot find my download link. Where is it?
Check the Orders section of your account. Download instructions are also emailed automatically after purchase, so check your spam folder. Still stuck? Message us on Telegram and we will sort it out.
How do I contact support?
The fastest way is Telegram @CheaperForex, our only official username. You can also use the contact form. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM UTC. Messages outside those hours are answered the next working day.
