Alligator awake, with CCI agreement

A bullish Alligator state requires Lips above Teeth above Jaw, with price above those lines. A bearish state reverses their order with price below. Intertwined lines represent sleeping conditions, during which the source says the EA does not trade. The method targets a directional structure rather than treating every crossing as sufficient.

CCI 14 supplies simultaneous momentum confirmation: positive but below +100 for buys, negative but above −100 for sells. The outer zones act as filters, so this is not simply a buy-at-oversold CCI system. Validated signals permit pending stops at Delta distance instead of immediate market entry.

An explicit grid with selectable sizing

Pending-count and maximum-distance inputs control the order matrix. Several fills may create overlapping exposure, even when each has a stop. The source’s 0.20-lot fixed example and 0.5% balance-risk mode are alternatives, not proof that every order uses the percentage setting. Match stop distance and gold tick value to actual monetary risk.

AutoClose exits at a selected pip-profit target. Trailing starts at a profit threshold and compresses its step through aggressive stages; break-even has a separate trigger. Those active mechanisms need the EA to operate and cannot guarantee an exit without loss. A free-margin check likewise cannot guarantee prevention of future margin calls.
