You can also pay with cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, Bitcoin or Ethereum), which takes an extra 20% off automatically at checkout on orders up to $4,950, because we avoid card processing fees. Card payments add bank fees, sales taxes and other charges.

Yes. An EA runs inside your MetaTrader terminal, not at the broker, so it works with any MT4 or MT5 broker. Check that the product matches your platform version, and that your broker offers the symbols the EA trades, for example XAUUSD for a gold EA. Any broker-specific requirements are listed on the product page.

Many are, but not all. Prop firms typically ban martingale, grid trading and high-frequency strategies. We have a dedicated Prop Firm EAs category with products selected for safer trading methods and low drawdown. Always check your prop firm rules before running any EA.

Your file is provided immediately after payment. You will find it in the Downloads section of your account, and download instructions are also emailed to you. In very rare cases we manually review an order first, then send your download straight after. If you don’t receive your file, you can request a full refund.

EAs over $300 include an optional free remote installation if you need help: a one-time install over AnyDesk, plus settings advice and custom presets for your account. Message us on Telegram, or use the contact form with the topic “Remote install” and your order number, and we will arrange a time.

Have MetaTrader open when we connect. Only share AnyDesk access during the arranged session, never in the contact form, and change the AnyDesk password afterwards.

No. We never need your broker, trading account or MQL5 password. The EA runs from the files you download, on your own MetaTrader.

Yes. Use it on as many MT4 or MT5 accounts and computers as you want, live or demo. There are no restrictions on how you use it.

DowGold and PrismAlgo are the exception: they are sold by account slots, so your license sets how many accounts can run them at the same time.

Yes. Every download includes an installation guide, and if you get stuck you can message us on Telegram or through the contact form. EAs over $300 also include the optional free remote installation described above.

A VPS is not required, but it is recommended if you want the EA trading 24/5 without interruption. A home PC works fine, but if it restarts or loses internet the EA stops trading. A forex VPS costs around $10 to $20 a month and keeps the EA running when your PC is off. See our VPS setup guide.

MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Each product page states which platform it is for. Most new EAs are built for MT5, while older products often support MT4.

Yes, all updates are free. They’re provided on a best-availability basis: we get new versions as fast as we can, led by customer demand, but we don’t guarantee them immediately. New versions are added to your account, and you never pay twice for the same product. If you need every update the moment it’s released, our service may not be the best fit for you.

Your EA keeps running exactly as it is. The files you download are yours to keep and use. We simply cannot supply updates that do not exist.

Yes, within 7 days, if the EA fails to attach to your chart because of errors we can replicate, such as a corrupted file. Give us a chance to fix it first. If we cannot, you get a full refund.

Refunds don’t cover changing your mind or not liking the EA. All brokers are different, and results are never promised because markets are constantly changing.
