BruteForce MT5 Review: Strategy, Results and Risk

BruteForce EA MT5 selects Forex and gold trades around configurable reward-to-risk requirements. It combines technical stop placement, fixed profit targets and entry filters with daily-loss, drawdown, news and spread controls. A configurable reward/risk-focused EA for traders who want to test selective entries on several Forex or gold charts. Its controls are documented more clearly than its proprietary entry logic, and there is no product-specific live signal linked for independent comparison.

Strategy and trade selection

BruteForce evaluates market opportunities against its internal entry conditions and a technical stop level. Its target is calculated from the stop distance using the chosen reward/risk multiplier. The public listing describes market projections and filtering, but does not disclose a fully reproducible signal formula. It should not be described as a particular named indicator strategy without further evidence.

How the settings change behaviour

Changing the stop or reward/risk requirement can change the number of entries because setups that no longer qualify are skipped. The developer says stop-loss and take-profit levels remain fixed once the trade opens. Daily-loss protection can stop trading at the configured threshold, while the overall drawdown control references the highest balance or equity peak.

A large target relative to the stop is a payoff design, not proof of positive expectancy. It can tolerate a lower win rate only if winners reach their targets often enough after spread and commission. For example, a theoretical 3:1 payoff breaks even at 25% wins before costs, but actual fills and early exits can change that relationship. The source does not promise a fixed realised ratio on every broker.

Public performance evidence

BruteForce’s original gallery provides fixed-lot and percentage-risk tests for EURUSD and gold. These are useful examples of how sizing changes the growth curve, but their attractive endpoints do not establish live profitability. A compounded curve can look much steeper than a fixed-lot curve even when the underlying sequence of trades is similar.

The seller’s published signal belongs to Edge Boost Pro and must not be used as evidence for BruteForce. No separate BruteForce account was linked in the listing at the check. That leaves an evidence gap around forward execution, spread sensitivity and the length of real losing streaks. The developer’s statement that it is not highly broker-sensitive is a claim to test on the intended account, not a substitute for that missing record.

History and evidence limits

The September release notes describe compatibility work, strategy adjustments and minor fixes. Earlier August notes also mention compilation updates and bug fixes, without enough detail to establish identical behaviour across every historical test. Keep the test period and settings associated with each image rather than treating all screenshots as a single unchanged configuration.

Original developer images

These four tester/result images cover EURUSD and gold under fixed and dynamic lot sizing, followed by the original terminal news-access illustration. They are retained as source material rather than redrawn as performance claims. The separate launch-price marketing graphic was omitted because its promotional terms are not this store’s offer.

Account, broker and news setup

The developer recommends M15, M30 or H1 on Forex pairs or gold. MT5 hedging and netting accounts are supported. Leverage of 1:30 is supported, with higher leverage recommended in the listing; the right position size still depends on available margin and the broker’s contract specification. Use a distinct Magic Number for each intended instance.

The news filter uses two calendar sources. Original setup images show terminal WebRequest permissions for the feed. Follow the supplied addresses and instructions, then verify the calendar is updating. Daily-loss and drawdown settings do not guarantee compliance with every prop firm’s rules or prevent slippage beyond a stop.

The public comments include a manual request that the developer answered privately. No public manual was linked in the listing. Use the provided documentation to confirm lot sizing and news permissions rather than inventing undocumented input values.

Developer release notes

Customer reviews: what they establish

Two written reviews were visible. Serhii praised execution and reported favourable testing on raw-spread accounts; Andrew discussed the risk/reward input, lot allocation, ease of configuration and VPS use. The assertion that testing matches live conditions is that customer’s opinion, not an independently reproduced finding. The reviews are positive but too few to establish a reliable distribution of buyer outcomes.

Comparing the three systems

Edge Boost Pro combines support/resistance breakouts and rebounds. BruteForce foregrounds selective reward/risk filtering while leaving its entry model proprietary. Impulse Rider specifically targets range breakouts. Similar dashboards and account controls do not make the strategies—or their performance evidence—interchangeable.
