One entry with a fresh risk calculation
The developer excludes grids, martingale, loss averaging, and hidden lot increases. Each trade is described as independently sized and protected, rather than a step in an order-recovery sequence. ATR-based exits are intended to avoid applying one fixed distance to both quiet and active conditions. The AI Adaptive label describes that adjustment in the source; it does not establish a separately verified neural-network model or predictive capability.
Setup and practical checks
M5–M15 is the recommended working range, with XAUUSD and other volatile symbols mentioned. Both netting and hedging accounts are listed as supported. Before moving to another symbol, check contract value, minimum lot, and stop-distance conventions rather than reusing gold settings unchanged. Trading hours can restrict operation to liquid sessions, but the correct schedule depends on the broker’s server clock. Verify the one-position limit and the cash risk produced by wider ATR exits during volatile periods. A calculated stop remains subject to market execution, and the absence of recovery orders does not prevent several independent losing trades in succession.
Trade distribution in the original test
The developer report contains 4,540 trades, including 22 losing closes, with 6.72% relative equity drawdown. Its monthly histogram is strongly concentrated in January, while some months contribute few entries. That uneven distribution matters for an impulse strategy: the overall total does not imply comparable activity in every market period. The crop does not show which reference-level, session or ATR settings were selected.
