GoldMind AI EA MT5 began as a lighter gold-focused companion to GoldPulse and subsequently developed its own strategy updates. Its documented supported set is XAUUSD, GBPUSD and USDJPY, with one-chart operation. Gold remains the default focus, while the additional forex instruments give traders a different choice from GoldPulse’s portfolio of gold currency crosses.

This distinction matters when choosing between the products. GoldMind is not simply an MT5 label attached to the GoldPulse portfolio, and its current scope should not be inferred from the original gold-only introduction. Equally, older experimental forex lists should not be presented as today’s recommended basket.

Controls recorded in the release history

• One-chart management: coordinate the documented gold and forex instruments through the symbol settings.
• Volatility filtering: the developer added a Volatility_filter parameter to screen trading conditions.
• Native news calendar: the redesigned MT5 strategy family uses the MQL5 calendar.
• Position limits: documented settings can limit exposure across symbols and magic numbers when several strategies share an account.

The release history also describes changes to strategy selection and exit handling. These updates are more useful setup references than the old external-calendar instructions still present in the broad product overview. Check the supplied configuration and broker symbol names, then test the intended combination rather than assuming all listed instruments are automatically enabled.

Assess total exposure, not only gold results

A mixed gold/forex basket changes the account’s exposure, but dollar-linked instruments can still move together. Consider the cumulative risk of XAUUSD, GBPUSD and USDJPY alongside any other positions. A portfolio backtest and forward demo can reveal overlaps that separate single-symbol reports miss.

The developer describes GoldMind as avoiding grid and martingale. That does not settle the separate questions of stop size, exit execution or the balance between average profits and losses. Historical user feedback includes both favorable post-update experiences and complaints about large losses relative to small wins. Those comments span older builds and should be read with their dates.

What the signal does and does not establish

The developer’s public GoldMind signal is specifically labeled XAUUSD News Filter off. It therefore does not document the whole three-instrument setup. At our September 29, 2026 check the page also carried a 299-day inactivity warning. We treat it as historical evidence rather than an active demonstration of the current build.

Our GoldMind review section examines the recorded drawdown, trade sample and update history. The signal’s profitable total should be weighed against that inactivity and its larger average loss than average profit. A source record with old trades cannot answer how your chosen settings are behaving now.
