Nova Machine EA MT5 combines pin bars, engulfing patterns, inside bars and range breakouts with Bollinger filtering. Its gold M15 setup offers three sizing modes, a daily-loss input, concurrent-position limits and optional aggressive TURBO behavior in MetaTrader 5.

Pattern entries with a Bollinger filter

This is the first-season Nova Machine method described by the author. Candle and range patterns supply potential entries, while Bollinger Bands provide additional filtering. TURBO is designed to increase signal activity; the original image shows it enabled with a shorter lookback and an aggressive multiplier. More detected patterns do not establish better-quality trades.

The source also mentions BTCUSD, although gold is its primary focus. All supplied test material here is for XAUUSD M15. The gold report cannot be treated as evidence of Bitcoin performance, and different contract sizes, hours and spreads require separate validation.

Sizing and loss-management settings

Fixed lots, a fixed balance percentage and dynamic equity-based sizing are documented. Position-count, margin-use and minimum-free-margin settings control different aspects of exposure. The author gives a ten-percent daily-loss input and three concurrent positions as reference settings. Those are adjustable thresholds, not a conservative funded-account configuration or a guarantee of maximum realized loss.

Individual stop-loss and take-profit inputs are accompanied by a minimum risk/reward setting, break-even and trailing controls. Break-even changes the stop only when its trigger is reached; costs, gaps and slippage mean it cannot ensure profit. Estimate combined exposure across simultaneous trades and inspect whether TURBO changes the active size.

Preparing the M15 setup

The developer suggests $1,000 for a personal account and a larger funding-account example. These figures and its starting-lot examples are not universally suitable risk calculations. Match gold contract size, tick value, broker stop restrictions and actual spread before testing the pattern configuration.

The pictured session filter is disabled, so the availability of a session input does not prove restricted hours are active. The developer’s compatibility claims require checking against the particular account rules. Assess costs and losing sequences rather than relying on the source’s high-probability or profit-protection phrasing.
