Basket control does not eliminate grid exposure
The source says it avoids “blind” martingale, but explicitly offers a multiplier for added orders. That distinction matters: a signal-triggered basket can still accumulate volume and floating losses. Dynamic basket targets may also change as the sequence expands. An optional global stop adds another layer of control, but its interaction with individual basket limits must be understood. Three independent signal baskets can be active in the same market and create correlated exposure.
Setup and practical checks
The stated range is M5–M15 for Forex and metals, with a separate XAUUSD preset recommended. The internal HMA calculation does not require an iCustom indicator according to the source. Zonal and Fibonacci filters can be disabled without stopping the base strategy, so note which filters are actually active in your chosen configuration. Test maximum basket depth, aggregate lot size, margin demand, and the behavior of percentage exits under changing equity. A smooth series of closed basket profits can obscure open drawdown; assess both balance and equity before selecting a live risk level.
Basket depth and the minimum-lot example
The developer’s test is labelled Minimum Lot 0.01, but that label is not a ceiling on total basket volume. The report shows 1,195 trades, 334 losing closes and 40.07% relative equity drawdown. The displayed maximum run of losing closes is 14. For a system that can expand several independent baskets, the relevant setup is the combined order limit and addition-lot formula, not the first order size alone.
