Yes, you can use your MT5 terminal with this EA installed to log in and out of any MT5-compatible broker account.

No — your purchased activation is limited to one VPS or computer. That’s why we recommend using a VPS, as it remains yours permanently unless you stop paying your monthly fee or reset the operating system.
