AMG Gold MT5 EA gives gold traders a choice between momentum breakouts and a faster tick-scalping approach. Developed by Thi Ngoc Tram Le, it targets XAUUSD with configurable entries, position sizing and trade-management controls.

Broker minimum lot sizes matter: a small balance can force a trade above its intended percentage risk. Compare the calculated cash exposure with your own limit before enabling live trading. A stop instruction cannot eliminate gaps or slippage.

FAQs
Can AMG Gold run both strategies on one chart?
No. The developer says the Trading with Strategy input selects one module per chart. Midterm Strategy uses the momentum system and its risk profiles; Short-term Strategy uses the faster breakout scalper and its own per-trade risk input. Settings belonging to the unselected mode are ignored.
Does AMG Gold use grid or martingale?
The current developer listing describes independent breakout trades without grid or martingale. It documents stop-loss and exposure controls. These do not guarantee the requested exit price during gaps, slippage or execution problems.
What account and chart does it need?
The listing specifies XAUUSD on one MT5 chart, with internal timing rather than a mandatory chart timeframe. It calls for a hedging account with ECN or raw-spread conditions. The published minimum is $1,000, with $5,000 or more recommended for percentage-risk sizing; broker minimum lots can distort the intended risk on small balances.
Which version is supplied and can I update it?
