About Aureus Guard EA MT5

Aureus Guard is an XAUUSD M5 EA with volatility-based stops, breakeven and dynamic trailing. Its risk-per-trade setting is described in relation to free margin, with support for netting or hedging accounts.

Volatility-sensitive protection for individual trades

The strategy processes price and tick changes, then constructs entry and exit levels according to its internal rules. The developer describes independent trades rather than averaging a losing basket. Stop placement can change with volatility, using ATR or standard-deviation measures, while breakeven and trailing handle favorable movement after entry.

  • Dynamic stops linked to volatility assessment.
  • Free-margin-based risk and independent-position management.
  • XAUUSD M5 with netting or hedging account support.

Setup and operating considerations

The source recommends a stable VPS and notes that broker execution determines the actual fill of stop and target orders. Its multi-account wording should not be read as one ordinary MT5 terminal simultaneously trading several logged-in accounts; each operational account needs its own appropriate terminal setup.

The developer explicitly rejects grid and martingale and acknowledges that optimized historical screenshots can differ from live trading. Variable spreads, swap and slippage remain relevant even with a dynamic stop. Observe how the risk calculation changes with free margin when other trades share the account.

The setup guidance recommends one EA instance per chart and VPS latency below 100 ms. The dynamic-stop model makes the observed cash risk more informative than a stop-distance setting alone, particularly when changing lot size or sharing free margin with other systems.

Aureus Guard’s historical tester table

The later gallery composite includes the fuller tester table: 671 trades, eight losing closes and 16.93% relative equity drawdown. That provides different context from the illustrated summary’s headline 6.02%, which accompanies maximal drawdown measured in money. The illustrated summary also mislabels the total trade count as winning trades.

Aureus Guard tester table showing 671 trades and 16.93 percent relative equity drawdown
Original MQL5 developer composite, retrieved 29 September 2026. The embedded tester table records 671 trades, including eight losses, and 16.93% relative equity drawdown. Promotional artwork surrounds the table; the complete test settings are absent.

The report begins with 500 simulated capital and records greater floating drawdown than closed-balance drawdown. It does not show the APT, stop or lot inputs. The source describes its historical examples as optimized; the table is useful test context, not proof of a live trading record.

Product FAQs

Aureus Guard EA MT5 FAQs

Still deciding?

Real people on support, by Telegram or our contact form.

What determines Aureus Guard’s stop distance?

The source describes volatility-based recalculation, referring to ATR or standard-deviation measures rather than only one fixed distance.

Can one standard MT5 terminal trade several logged-in accounts at once?

No. The source’s multi-account marketing should not be interpreted that way. Separate operating accounts require suitable separate terminal sessions or infrastructure.

How are the standalone product files delivered?

The initial order download contains delivery instructions, not the EA executable. Follow the contact steps in that document and have your order details ready so the product files can be arranged.

Are future updates included?

Free lifetime updates are included. Availability depends on when we receive the standalone update, so a new developer release may not be available immediately.
