Aurus Queen XAU EA MT5 combines 20 gold strategies with a choice between fixed-stop trading and an optional grid mode. It operates on XAUUSD M5 or M15 and adds news filtering, spread checks, trailing exits, and automatic money management.

Grid mode changes the risk profile

This is not the same configuration described for the separate Aurus Queen product, whose source excludes grids. Aurus Queen XAU explicitly permits adding orders through its Smart Grid option. Dynamic spacing and a calculated coefficient do not remove the risk of accumulating exposure when gold trends against a basket. The developer lists much higher capital requirements for standard-account grid operation than for some other modes, which reinforces that these configurations should not be evaluated as interchangeable.

Setup and practical checks

Select the intended mode first, then test its maximum orders, total volume, and exit behavior rather than judging only the initial lot. The source recommends low-spread ECN, Raw, or Razor execution, low broker stop levels, and a VPS. Its economic-calendar module requires a WebRequest address that is not published in the description; confirm the correct address for the supplied build. M5 and M15 are both mentioned, depending on the setup. Multiple gold strategies can lose together during an adverse move, so their combined exposure matters more than the count of entry algorithms.

The source specifies a zero broker stop level and a VPS connection below 20 ms. Its capital examples also distinguish account types: a small cent/Micro account is not equivalent to a standard ECN account, and the standard-account grid example assumes substantially more capital than fixed-stop operation. Confirm the account’s contract size and the selected mode together.

Fixed-stop settings and different test outcomes

The developer’s Set 3 illustration exposes useful controls: percentage money management is enabled at 0.5%, Stop Loss is 1,500 points, Take Profit is 6,300 points, Use Grid Profit is false and MaxPositions is 1. Weekday and session controls are also visible. This is one photographed configuration, not a claim that every preset disables baskets or uses these risk values.

A separate native report starting with 1,000 simulated capital records 1,173 trades, 13 losses and 6.08% relative equity drawdown. The largest equity decline measured in money carries 1.64%; it is a different statistic. The native report does not expose the complete settings header, so the gallery association alone is insufficient to prove all its inputs match Set 3.

Another source report starts from 300 and has 5,833 winning closes with no losing closes, yet 22.50% relative equity drawdown. Its mode is not identified. The differing reports show why fixed-stop and basket presets must be evaluated separately; the strongest-looking result cannot be applied to all modes.
