Auralis EA MT5 brings gold breakouts and AUDCAD basket trading into a single chart-based controller. The gold side has three strategies with individual stop and target management; the currency side has three mean-reversion strategies with basket exits. Either engine can be selected independently.
Check account compatibility first
To use both markets, choose an MT5 hedging account that offers gold and AUDCAD. On a netting account, Auralis disables the AUDCAD engine and operates gold only. That account distinction changes which part of the product runs, so check it before comparing presets or results.
Run one Auralis instance per account. Its internal timeframes do not depend on the chart period. The developer warns that loading additional copies onto more charts can create duplicate or conflicting trades because the instances share trade identifiers.
Prepare the two engines
- Broker symbols: show both instruments in Market Watch and enter their exact names in the metal and cross-symbol inputs, including any suffix.
- Gold management: configure ATR-based stops and targets, trailing, optional partial-profit exits and break-even behaviour.
- AUDCAD management: review basket sizing, weighted exits and basket limits. These controls manage different exposure from an individual gold stop.
- Preset choice: the developer’s low, medium and high configurations use the same six strategies with different sizing. Their names do not guarantee a maximum loss.
A practical startup check
After loading the intended preset, recheck symbol names and engine switches. Inspect MT5’s Experts log to confirm which markets were initialised; a netting-account warning explains why AUDCAD is inactive. The setup guide does not require DLL or WebRequest access. Continuous terminal or VPS operation is useful for keeping trade management active.
How to assess the combined setup
Auralis is useful when you want these two trade-management styles under one controller, but two markets do not automatically mean independent risk. Include open basket losses and total margin use in your assessment. The linked account retains AI Gold Prime / Pro Swing naming, so its full history cannot confidently be treated as a test of all six current Auralis modules.
