NonStop MT5 Review: Basket Trading and Drawdown

NonStop EA MT5 combines six trading modules for AUDCAD and AUDNZD with basket exits, automatic lot sizing and account-level protection. Separate M15 presets organise the two currency pairs while configurable timeout and loss limits manage open baskets. A basket-based alternative for traders specifically testing AUDCAD and AUDNZD. Account-level controls are useful, but the substantial recorded equity drawdown and mixed signal naming deserve close attention.

Source-based review checked 15 September 2026. We examined the developer listing, public guidance, release notes, linked accounts and available customer feedback. We have not independently run the EA or reproduced its backtests.

How the strategy works

The developer’s setup comments allocate modules 1–4 to AUDCAD and modules 5–6 to AUDNZD. The exact entry logic remains proprietary. Basket management is central: a collection of positions can be controlled through a common exit or timeout rather than assessing only the profit of individual closed trades. Martingale is an optional setting, not a feature that can be described as absent from the software.

  • AUDCAD and AUDNZD modules using a separate M15 chart and preset for each pair.
  • Basket stop loss, timeout management and account equity/balance protection.
  • Fixed or automatic lot sizing; optional martingale is disabled by default.

Configuration and execution

Run two MT5 charts, AUDCAD M15 and AUDNZD M15, loading the corresponding preset on each. The developer gives a $300 minimum account reference, which is not assurance that this amount is adequate for every broker or configuration. Check both symbol suffixes, minimum volumes and margin requirements. A stable VPS helps maintain continuous basket management.

What to test carefully

A smooth closed-balance curve can conceal a large floating basket loss. Review equity, open exposure and maximum deposit load alongside win rate. Timeout and total-stop settings should be understood before enabling trading: determine whether a trigger prevents additional entries, closes positions, or both. Automatic lot sizing and optional martingale can change the exposure substantially, even if the entry modules are unchanged.

Live signal analysis — 15 September 2026

The linked NONSTOP LIVE account on ICMarketsSC-MT5-6 showed 53.33% growth, 241 trades and a 1.99 profit factor across fifteen weeks. Relative balance drawdown was 5.23%, but equity drawdown reached 39.43%. At the capture, balance was $326.43 and equity $267.81: approximately $58.62 of floating loss, or 17.96% of balance. These are materially different risk pictures. The account used 1:5000 leverage and MQL5 indicated that copying was not available.

The linked account recorded 39.43% equity drawdown. Its description still names Diamond Quant, so the full history cannot be attributed confidently to the current NonStop configuration.

History and configuration changes

The linked account predates NonStop’s August retail release and its description still names Diamond Quant EA. This is a source-identity limitation: the signal is the one linked by the developer, but the entire history is not independently verified as today’s six-module package. September release notes add a Very Low automatic-lot option and a choice of balance or equity as the total-stop calculation base. Check that setting rather than assuming the two bases behave identically.

The two useful original gallery images are developer-supplied presentations. They complement the written configuration, but do not replace the current signal’s equity and open-position data. A separate community promotion was omitted because private-group benefits have not been established as part of this offer.

MQL5 customer feedback

No customer reviews were visible on the MQL5 listing at the check, so there is no genuine buyer-review screenshot to present. The available public comment is the developer’s setup and preset guidance. That is useful operational information, but it is not independent customer feedback.
