Vector BTC EA MT5 automates Bitcoin trading through two engines, Prime and Orbit, with separate trade management and preset risk profiles. Protective stops, Prime profit-lock/trailing, spread checks and margin controls form its operating framework.

Our assessment: its appeal is a simple profile choice with built-in engine settings and visible operating states. It suits traders able to keep Bitcoin automation running continuously and evaluate the cash exposure of each profile. The main considerations are the default 4% risk per Prime trade and the evidence’s historical-test basis. This is a source-based review, not a firsthand terminal test or independently reproduced result.

Prime and Orbit have different jobs

Damir Ikinic describes Prime as the engine for frequent trades, moving winners into protected profit early and then trailing them. Prime carries most of the preset risk.

Orbit uses different market logic, takes smaller risk and holds at most one position at a time. Each engine has its own magic number and manages its own trades. Conservative disables Orbit, so the product does not always operate as a two-engine portfolio.

The public description does not disclose a full entry-rule specification or a measured engine-return correlation study. Different logic and separate magic numbers do not, by themselves, demonstrate independent returns or guarantee a smoother future portfolio. Both engines trade Bitcoin and share its market and broker conditions.

Read the percentages as per-trade risk

Conservative
Prime: 3% per trade; Orbit off. Daily new-entry threshold: 6%.
Standard — default
Prime: 4% per trade; Orbit: 1% per trade. Daily new-entry threshold: 8%.
High
Prime: 5% per trade; Orbit: 1.5% per trade. Daily new-entry threshold: 10%.

The source defines position risk as a percentage of balance at the intended stop loss. These are per-trade settings, not total account-loss caps. Although Orbit has a one-position limit, the overview does not state a total Prime or system-wide position limit. Do not infer a maximum combined exposure merely by adding two profile percentages.

Balance-based sizing compounds exposure as the account changes. A profitable simulation with growing lot sizes can produce a large final balance, while losing sequences and gaps can produce substantial cash drawdowns. Even the profile named Conservative uses 3% per Prime trade; the name is not an independent low-risk assessment.

Protective stops and terminal-managed profit protection

The developer states that every position starts with a hard stop loss and describes no grid, martingale, averaging down or lot multiplication after a loss. That distinguishes the proposed loss handling, but an attached stop does not ensure the exact intended price through gaps or fast-market slippage.

Prime’s close-stop fallback needs a separate reading. If a broker refuses a profit-protection stop close to market, Vector is described as retaining that level in the terminal and closing the position when it is reached. That depends on terminal uptime, connectivity and executable prices. It cannot guarantee an exact fill or the same protection while offline.

The daily guard stops new entries until the next day after its threshold is reached. The overview does not say it force-closes all existing positions. Open exposure, execution effects and a threshold crossing can therefore differ from the simple percentage label. Spread and margin guards add entry/sizing checks rather than removing market risk.

What the published backtest actually shows

The source was checked on 2 November 2026. Its historical reference covers January 2024 through 19 October 2026, using BTCUSD in the MT5 Strategy Tester on a Vantage demo server. The listing reports 99–100% real-tick history and the default Standard profile, with position sizing compounded from the balance.

Simulated balance
$10,000 starting balance to $545,619; the summary graphic reports $535,619 net profit.
Return path
Approximately 5,356% total growth. Listing annual figures: 116.5% in 2024, 205.3% in 2025 and 725.3% in 2026 through 19 October.
Trades and outcomes
2,950 trades; 75.2% winners; profit factor 1.70; 27 of 34 months profitable.

Original Vector BTC historical backtest summary with logarithmic balance curve and reported risk statistics
Original developer-published backtest summary, retrieved 2 November 2026. It describes a historical BTCUSD Strategy Tester simulation on a Vantage demo server, using the Standard profile and a $10,000 starting balance. The balance curve uses a logarithmic scale. This is a designed summary graphic, not a raw MT5 report, live account or independently reproduced result; 2026 ends on 19 October.

The graphic is an original developer-designed summary, not a raw MT5 report. It labels maximum drawdown without specifying whether that field is balance/equity or relative/maximal. It would be inaccurate to relabel the 28.7% as a more specific metric. Its logarithmic balance curve also does not display every intratrade floating loss.

Seven months were not profitable, despite the strong total return. The partial 2026 period is not a completed full-year result. History-quality labels describe tester data; they do not establish the spread, financing and execution a different broker will deliver in future trading.

The product was published on 19 October 2026 and showed version 1.16 at this check, but the summary does not identify its exact test build. These figures support a historical reference under the stated conditions. They do not establish a verified forward account, demonstrate the same result on another broker or promise that future drawdown stays near the reported value.

Bitcoin contract checks come before profile selection

Vector requires an MT5 hedging account and the broker’s BTCUSD instrument. Any chart timeframe is allowed for attachment. The specified leverage is Bitcoin-instrument leverage: at least 1:5, with 1:20 or higher recommended. A high general Forex-account leverage label does not establish the effective leverage on its Bitcoin contract.

The developer recommends $2,000 or more for both engines, low or no crypto commission, low swap and ideally a BTC spread below $20. This is source guidance, not a safe minimum. Contract size, minimum lot and costs can change the actual exposure and viability of frequent trades.

A continuously running VPS is recommended, including weekends when the broker offers trading. Check the instrument’s actual session and maintenance hours. The dashboard shows engine state, equity/balance, floating P/L and safeguard meters. Its separate 70–140% display-size control changes presentation, while RiskProfile sets trading exposure.

Feedback and evidence scope

No Vector buyer reviews or public customer comments were visible at the check. No product-bound live forward account was verified in the reviewed material. The vendor website’s Axis 7even documentation concerns another product family; its markets, platform editions and manuals should not be transferred to Vector.

The published controls provide a clear starting point for checking operation. A broker-specific demo test can help assess sizing, stop behavior, costs and uptime requirements, but it does not guarantee later live performance.

Verify it yourself

Read the current Vector BTC listing and original gallery and the public product comments. Compare the selected profile, Bitcoin contract and test conditions before relying on a headline return. Historical simulations do not guarantee future results.
