Polymarket Scalper Bot MT5 Review: Execution, Testing and Risk

Polymarket Scalper Bot MT5 automates BTC and ETH five-minute prediction-market orders from MetaTrader 5, with limit-order execution, stake controls and a paper mode. Its distinctive feature is using MT5 as a host for external prediction-market orders. Its main limitation is that neither the standard MT5 tester nor the currently linked public evidence verifies its live edge.

Prediction outcomes rather than broker crypto positions

The bot follows short BTC/ETH price moves around five-minute windows, combines them with a proprietary model and order-book confirmation, then places limit orders on an outcome. Unfilled orders are cancelled after the window and settlement uses the venue’s process. Running on a chart does not mean it trades that broker symbol or that broker-account protection applies to the separate venue.

Limit orders and costs

The developer markets maker-style execution and potential rebates. A limit order is not automatically filled, and fee/rebate treatment depends on current venue rules and how the order executes. We do not turn that sales wording into a promise of zero costs or guaranteed extra income. Missing fills and settlement timing can materially change a backtested strategy.

Stake sizing and failure handling

The described controls include percentage sizing, a minimum floor, maximum cap, daily loss limit, low-balance protection and data/connection halts. The optional ratchet retains the stake after losses, so relative risk can rise as balance falls. Minimum and maximum stakes are not guarantees that daily losses cannot exceed the intended threshold during failures or execution delays.

Private-key configuration and paper mode

The listing describes a native EX5 file without DLL/Python dependencies, using the customer’s own private key to derive account configuration. That grants sensitive account authority to the program; keep the key private and assess the executable as trusted code before real use. The developer’s self-hosted claim has not been established by a code audit here. No credentials were entered during this review.

Paper mode is intended to observe decisions without real orders. The separate self-test places and cancels a small real order, so it is not a harmless synonym for paper mode. Venue eligibility and permitted access still apply. The source mentions proxies; this review does not present them as a way to bypass restrictions.

Why the historical screenshot is not a live track record

The listing explicitly says the MT5 Strategy Tester cannot recreate these external five-minute markets. It instead describes a dedicated Python backtester built around historical crypto windows. Such a simulation must model order-book liquidity, fills, cancellations, fees and settlement accurately to be comparable to real execution; that methodology was not available for independent reproduction.

The listing’s Live signal link points to an MQL5 blog URL that opened the general blog index instead of the promised evidence at this check. No working current public performance account was verified. The cover’s original win-rate slogan is therefore not reproduced as an established fact.

Feedback and assessment

No customer reviews were shown. The four public comments were developer posts about results, not independent buyer testimony. This is a specialised integration for users who understand prediction-market execution and custody, not a conventional BTCUSD EA with an MT5-testable record. The paper mode and risk controls are useful features to examine, but they do not resolve the missing live-evidence and model-validation questions.
