About Cobra EA HFT MT4
Cobra EA HFT MT4 by Allistair Kabelo Mandow is a configurable Forex trading robot with two approaches: a short-term SAR-based engine and an optional swing module using moving averages and RSI. The listing names EURUSD, GBPUSD and USDJPY among its major-pair applications, with M1, M5 and M15 chart periods.
Trading features and controls
The scalping engine exposes SAR period, step and acceleration settings alongside fixed-lot sizing, a magic number, stop loss and trailing-stop inputs. A maximum-spread filter lets you restrict entries when quoted trading costs are too high. Its visual scanner displays high, low and middle reference levels in a green chart interface.
The news controls let you select low-, medium- and high-importance events, choose relevant currencies and set waiting periods before and after releases. Check that the calendar connection and time settings work in your own terminal; an input switch alone does not establish that the filter is receiving events.
Understand the optional swing mode
The swing module has its own moving-average periods, RSI thresholds, risk percentage, take-profit setting and maximum-trade control. It also includes optional martingale sizing and an option to disable swing stop losses. These materially change exposure: this is not a universally no-martingale or always-protected EA. Check the enabled settings before running it.
