Gold M5 EMA pullbacks with a configurable confirmation count
Shadow EMA Pro EA MT5 looks for gold pullbacks toward a dynamic EMA level, then validates direction and candle behavior. MACD, ordinary EMA 20/50 and a configurable minimum-filter count govern confirmation, with three sizing modes, TURBO and a trading-statistics panel.
Pullback entry and selectable confluence
The published core waits for a pullback toward an EMA and checks the candle body. MACD 12/26/9 contributes momentum through its histogram and signal relationship, while EMA 20/50 defines the broader directional condition. MinFiltersToPass controls how many filters must agree; the existence of several filters should not be presented as mandatory unanimous confirmation.
Harami, Tweezer and Marubozu patterns provide additional confirmations and are labeled on the chart. A trend-aligned entry can still be followed by a reversal, so the author’s reliable-method and consistent-performance wording is not an independently proven outcome. These are ordinary EMAs rather than DEMA.
TURBO and account exposure
Fixed lots, fixed balance percentage and dynamic equity sizing are documented. TURBO extends the signal lookback and applies a configurable lot multiplier, changing both frequency and position exposure. The base percentage should therefore be evaluated together with the multiplier and simultaneous filled trades.
Stops, targets, minimum risk/reward, trailing and break-even are joined by daily-loss, total-volume, concurrent-position and used-margin controls. The author gives five positions and a ten-percent daily reference. Triggered exits do not ensure profits, and the presence of account inputs does not guarantee compliance with an external firm’s limits.
Preparing gold M5 and inspecting the panel
The specified market is XAUUSD M5, with a $1,000 minimum and low-spread execution suggested by the author. Check gold tick value, contract size, stop restrictions and the active sizing mode instead of treating those examples as universally safe.
The dashboard displays balance, equity, daily P&L, trade count, win rate, MACD/EMA status and open positions. These local values aid inspection but do not create an independent live record. The original test uses 1:500 leverage and ideal execution; assess realistic costs and account conditions separately from the historical report.
