The Gold Space MT4 EA trades gold breakouts with a choice of entry frequency and configurable exits. It is aimed at traders who want an XAUUSD system for MetaTrader 4, with practical control over when and how it takes a position.
Set the pace of your gold trading
Choose Tight, Wide or Mixed range modes. Tight favours more opportunities; Wide is more selective; Mixed sits between them. Start with one configuration so you can see how it behaves before changing several inputs together.
MT4 controls worth knowing
- Defined exits: configurable stop and target, with no grid or martingale according to the developer.
- Flexible sizing: AutoLot can use balance, equity or the lower value.
- Trading windows: news and holiday controls, plus an optional Asian-session filter.
- Fill handling: stop re-anchoring can adjust the SL after a slipped entry; it does not guarantee the realised loss.
The MT4 release notes document these controls and broker lot-handling fixes. Check the actual risk at your chosen lot size, including other positions on the account.

Which chart should I use?
The developer recommends XAUUSD on H1. A lower timeframe changes the entry conditions and trading frequency; test the chosen timeframe and range mode together.
Does this file run in MetaTrader 5?
No. This is the MT4 edition. Choose The Gold Space MT5 product for a MetaTrader 5 terminal.
Does the EA use grid or martingale?
The developer describes a breakout system with stop loss and target, without grid or martingale. That does not remove losing trades, slippage or account risk.
