Controls that matter during fast gold moves
- Defined trade exits: configurable stop loss and target; the developer specifies no grid or martingale.
- Flexible AutoLot calculation: base percentage sizing on balance, equity, or the lower of the two.
- Slippage-aware stop adjustment: the EA can recalculate the stop from the actual fill price when a pending order slips.
- Trading windows: an optional Asian-session filter and editable holiday exclusions help control when it enters.
The release notes explain these controls. Stop adjustment does not prevent slippage or guarantee the final loss. The developer describes the news filter as covering FOMC, CPI and NFP; it should not be treated as a block on every major announcement.

Which market and chart does The Gold Space use?
It is an MT5 Expert Advisor for XAUUSD. The developer recommends H1; other timeframes change the trading frequency and need separate evaluation.
Does The Gold Space use grid or martingale?
The developer specifies no grid or martingale. It uses configurable stops and targets, but losing trades and drawdowns remain possible.
What is the difference between the three range modes?
Tight mode seeks more opportunities, Wide mode is more selective, and Mixed combines the approaches. A higher trade count does not automatically mean a better result.
Does the news filter avoid every important announcement?
