Scalping Index Pro MT4 EA brings configurable index scalping and selective grid management to MetaTrader 4. It targets short-term movement in US30 and DE40 on M1.
Choose trading directions and sessions, then review lot sizing and exits as a connected configuration. For the other platform, see the MT5 edition; our Scalping Index Pro review compares both editions and the available results.
US30 and DE40 on one-minute charts
MQL TOOLS SL designed this EA for US30 and DE40 on one-minute charts, including familiar DJ30, DAX and GER40 naming variants. Its logic combines short-term price movement with selective grid management. Automatic symbol recognition accommodates supported broker naming differences. Read the official MT4 product specification.
Trading hours, direction, lot size and exit controls are configurable. The author describes spread and news protections alongside daily-profit and drawdown settings. These options should be reviewed as a connected configuration rather than a list of guarantees.
Direction, timing and exit controls
The developer’s Scalping Index Pro page describes buy/sell selection, adjustable sessions and filters for spread, candle size, tick activity and volatility. Its news window blocks new orders for 60 minutes before and after high-impact events; that does not say existing positions are closed.
Take-profit, stop-loss and trailing controls sit alongside daily-profit and drawdown settings. A grid can accumulate positions, so assess the resulting combined exposure rather than assuming that each protection input imposes a guaranteed account-wide limit. The public sources do not settle the complete grid spacing, lot progression or default position cap.
Use a demo environment to inspect the chosen input set and order behaviour before committing funds. Keep the relevant configuration and terminal messages together when comparing observations.
Understand the MT4 result record
The developer links to an MT4 demo account on Fxmerge. Read our assessment of its account labels, available statistics and the limits created by private trade history, alongside the separate historical simulation.

Already using another MQL TOOLS SL robot?
The same developer’s Scalping Robot Pro MT4 is another product in our catalogue; the MT5 edition of Scalping Robot Pro is also available. Assess its strategy and results separately; neither shared authorship nor a familiar interface establishes equivalent performance.
