Bober Lazer MT5 Review: Crypto Breakouts and Live-Account Evidence

Bober Lazer EA MT5 is a crypto breakout system with Binance, OKX and Bybit connectors, two breakout logics, volatility filtering and configurable exits. Its appeal is direct exchange breakout trading with familiar MT5 controls. The main consideration is evidence freshness: its linked portfolios do not presently support the claim of an ongoing publicly verified one-year result.

Breakout ranges, twin sets and exits

The listing highlights ETHUSDT, precise range breakouts, two separate entry logics and a volatility filter. Fixed/dynamic lots, virtual stops and targets, breakeven and trailing settings determine exposure and exits. The guide describes a 1% stop distance, but account risk also depends on leverage and size. A virtual stop requires a running terminal and working exchange connection.

Testing on exchange data

The December 2025 guide explains that broker crypto feeds may contain weekend gaps or spreads unlike an exchange. It recommends imported Binance ETHUSDT history and OHLC testing for bar-based entries. Its approximate execution-match percentage is a developer claim, not an independently demonstrated equivalence. Fees, funding, latency and rejected orders still separate a simulation from live results.

First TradeLink portfolio: visible numbers, stale date range

The first linked portfolio displayed approximately 1.42K% total profit, 23.34% maximum drawdown, $3.79K margin balance and $3.54K income when retrieved on 16 September 2026. It also displayed only 66 tracking days, 20 total trades and an open-history ratio of 3.24%. Crucially, its selected range was 26 September to 1 December 2024, with the same end date at the top.

Bober Lazer linked TradeLink account — 16 September 2026
Genuine TradeLink capture retrieved 16 September 2026. The displayed date range ends 1 December 2024; this is not continuous current live monitoring. Inspect the linked portfolio.

Those dates do not substantiate the developer blog’s framing of the result as a 2025 or continuously current live record. The values are what the public page displayed, not a fresh verification of the complete strategy history. Its win-ratio and daily statistics also should not be casually restated as a per-trade win rate without matching the platform’s definitions.

Second portfolio and promotional images

The second linked portfolio returned 403 Private Portfolio at the check. The original gallery advertises an older large-growth account and a newer-preset result, but access restrictions prevent us from verifying the second account’s current state. We retain both images as dated developer promotional material, not as substitutes for accessible current evidence.

Customer feedback and setup

No written customer reviews were shown. The comments consist of developer result updates and a testing guide, so they are not independent testimonials. Setup requires a supported exchange account, private API configuration, permitted WebRequests and the intended preset. The guide’s MQL5 Purchased-tab installation describes buying directly from MQL5, not the standalone-file delivery process here.

Assessment

Bober Lazer has a concrete breakout and integration workflow, but its marketing headline needs stronger current evidence than the presently available links provide. Keep the historical result, maximum drawdown and date-range limitation together. Check current exchange compatibility and behaviour without assuming that the old portfolio or a clean historical curve establishes future profitability.
