TrendScalperM5 Pro MT5 follows the last completed five-minute candle and manages trades as a basket. It combines rapid direction changes with profitable-position stacking, ATR-adaptive spacing and both individual-trade and basket-level protections.
A five-minute decision cycle
The published logic uses a bullish completed M5 candle for buys and a bearish candle for sells. An opposite signal closes the existing basket and reverses direction. Automatic re-entry and configurable multiple initial entries make this an active system; it is not a higher-timeframe confirmation strategy.
Build exposure only as movement develops
The EA can add to profitable positions using ATR-adjusted spacing. Position and total-lot caps limit further additions. Those controls should be considered together: a small initial trade can become a larger directional basket, and frequent M5 reversals can repeatedly incur spread and commission.
Trade-level and basket-level exits
The source lists initial ATR stop loss and take profit, adaptive trailing, a per-position loss cut, a basket target and a floating profit lock. Emergency drawdown protection and daily profit/loss limits add account-level constraints. Test which closure rule acts first in your configuration rather than assuming all exits behave identically.
