Quantum Perfection Gold AI EA MT5 Review: Strategies, AI & Recovery Risk

By 5 min read

Quantum Perfection Gold AI EA MT5 combines 15 selectable trading approaches with market-structure analysis, momentum filters and optional external AI confirmation. Gold is the main emphasis, although its overview also names Bitcoin, indices and major currencies.

Our assessment: the appeal is the ability to choose a specific strategy and adjust execution, sizing and filtering. It suits traders prepared to test a saved configuration. The main consideration is recovery sizing: the developer explicitly describes controlled martingale, while the available performance evidence is a historical tester run rather than a verified live record.

This review uses the developer’s MQL5 listing and its original gallery, checked September 30, 2026. The listing was published September 24, 2026 and showed version 1.0. We have not independently traded the supplied EA or reproduced the tester run.

Fifteen choices, rather than fifteen simultaneous engines

The selection input chooses a trading mode. Some modes emphasize fast momentum or scalping; others combine order blocks and liquidity sweeps, volatility-adjusted trends or volume-confirmed pullbacks. That distinction matters: choosing a different mode changes the entry logic, so one strategy’s result cannot validate the entire collection.

For gold, the developer recommends selection 7, combining M5 trend with M1 momentum and an early structure-based entry. Selection 0 is a wider confluence mode using order blocks, fair value gaps and liquidity sweeps. The setup text calls the default “7 or 0,” leaving the actual default unclear. Check the loaded input rather than relying on the label.

Orders can enter at market or use limit entries at identified structure zones. These methods can produce different fills and missed trades. Breakeven and trailing can use ATR or fixed distances, while daily limits and session/news filters control when the system may trade.

The dashboard shows settings that matter

This example shows strategy 10 on H1, not the recommended gold momentum setup. The panel displays market orders, fixed sizing, a maximum of one open position, recovery enabled and a daily target setting marked off. Its AI consensus reads “NO AGENTS.” The screenshot therefore illustrates configurable controls; it does not show that external AI confirmed those historical chart signals.

Structure annotations and trade arrows help explain the interface, but neither proves executed fills or profitability. A one-position guard also needs checking when multiple charts are running: the overview does not establish a portfolio-wide exposure limit.

Internal filtering and optional external AI

The built-in system includes a perceptron filter described as learning from closed outcomes. Its confidence values should be treated as filter scores, because the public material provides no calibration study proving that a displayed probability predicts the stated percentage of winning trades.

External AI can be added as a second confirmation layer. The listing names OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and DeepSeek, describing requests containing price, indicator and structure information. Provider credentials, connectivity and any usage charges are separate considerations. The public setup lists OpenAI and Anthropic WebRequest URLs; confirm the instructions for the provider you actually enable instead of guessing the other endpoints.

What the tester report actually shows

Original MT5 Strategy Tester report for Quantum Perfection showing profit factor 1.18 and relative equity drawdown 30.20 percent
Developer-supplied Strategy Tester report, retrieved September 30, 2026. The terminal identifies VantageMarkets-Demo and XAUUSD+ M5. Highlights and the arrow are part of the original image. This is a simulation, not a live-money account statement.
History quality
100% shown in the report.
Starting deposit / net result
500.00 / 33,417.97 in the report’s account units.
Trades / profitable trades
4,737 / 68.38%.
Profit factor
1.18.
Relative equity drawdown
30.20%, with 2,808.15 displayed for that measurement.
Maximal equity drawdown
5,240.38, with 24.16% shown beside it.
Average winner / loser
66.63 / −120.15.

The substantial simulated net result needs to be read alongside the drawdown and trade distribution. Average losses were about 1.8 times average wins, and profit factor 1.18 shows a relatively narrow excess of gross profit over gross loss in this run. The maximal cash drawdown and relative percentage drawdown measure different points in the equity history; they are not interchangeable.

The rising curve is useful context for the report, but the images do not disclose a complete reproducible preset, costs or execution assumptions. They do not validate all 15 modes or establish that the same outcome would survive different spreads and fills. The developer recommends Every Tick testing; the report’s quality label alone does not disclose the exact test mode.

The listing also links a developer walkthrough and backtest video. It provides a further source to inspect the setup; it is developer material, not independent live-performance verification.

Recovery caps do not remove recovery risk

A separate promotional infographic labels the system “controlled martingale.” The overview describes a recovery factor and maximum level cap. Those disclosures are material: increasing recovery exposure can amplify a losing sequence even when the number of steps is capped.

Check the recovery factor and maximum level alongside fixed/dynamic sizing, stop management and the daily loss limit. A daily target, trailing stop or AI filter cannot guarantee losses stop at the requested amount during gaps or difficult execution.

Account setup and evidence still to establish

The developer lists MT5 hedging or netting, low-spread ECN/RAW execution, a minimum balance of $100 and leverage from 1:100 to 1:500. A VPS is recommended. These are developer specifications, rather than evidence that a particular lot size is suitable for a small account. Gold, currency, crypto and index contracts differ, so preserve and test the symbol-specific preset.

At the check date, this listing had no public customer reviews or substantive public comments. No public live signal or standalone manual was linked in its overview. The author’s aggregate rating belongs to the author’s wider catalog and must not be mistaken for this EA’s customer feedback.

For comparison, Quantum Titan MT5 EA uses two named gold entry engines, with its distinct evidence discussed in the Titan review. Perfection’s larger strategy selector offers a different testing task. Similar names do not indicate the same developer or shared results.

Verdict

Quantum Perfection provides a detailed collection of selectable strategies and visible execution controls. Its strongest case is configuration flexibility, rather than independently established performance. Evaluate one documented preset at a time, including recovery exposure and any external AI dependency. The early listing and tester-only evidence leave live execution and sustained performance to be established.
