Core Scalper Bollinger EA MT5 uses configurable Bollinger Bands to confirm gold M15 volatility breakouts before pending buy/sell-stop grid entries. Adjustable distance/Delta, fixed or balance-risk sizing, active profit closing and aggressive trailing accompany its execution framework.
A directional breakout filter on M15
The source seeks valid breaks of the upper or lower band rather than automatically selling upper-band touches and buying lower-band touches. Period and deviation are configurable, but no exact numerical defaults are supplied here. Test the actual chosen values instead of importing another Bollinger EA’s settings.
M15 is the specified execution chart, distinct from Wolf Gold Drift’s M5 breakout approach and Bollinger Wave’s earlier mean-reversion method. Band confirmation is an entry condition rather than independent proof of an optimal moment or that a directional break cannot reverse.
Grid distance and risk mode are separate choices
Pending Buy Stop/Sell Stop placement uses a directional grid with adjustable distance and Delta. Several orders can fill during a move; evaluate the combined filled and potential exposure rather than considering only one trade. Fixed lots or balance-risk sizing must be matched to the actual stop and broker gold contract.
Automatic profit-target closure operates when its condition is reached. Dynamic aggressive trailing and break-even aim to manage winning positions but do not protect every trade from initial loss. Active functions need operation and remain affected by execution costs, gaps or slippage. Neither a percentage field nor trailing establishes a hard account-loss ceiling.
M15 preparation and the limits of the historical report
Time, maximum-spread and margin gates restrict eligible execution. They do not independently establish profitable sessions or capital sufficiency. The overview suggests a five-hundred-dollar reference balance and low-spread execution; check actual symbol tick value, contract size, volume minimum, point/pip units and stop distances before choosing lots.
The own January–September test uses ideal execution and no forward period. Its numerous simulated trades make actual costs material even with a high profit factor. Assess range-to-trend transitions, false breaks and realistic spreads instead of treating low historical drawdown as independently verified live robustness or safe minimum capital.
