Three signal families, one gold market
The official description allows any of the three strategies to generate a valid entry. Ichimoku supplies trend and structure information, CCI contributes momentum signals, and the band/RSI combination looks for price extremes. Trade comments identify which strategy generated a position.
That attribution is useful when reviewing results. Rather than treating all trades as one undifferentiated total, compare entry families under the same costs and date range. Different signals can still open trades in the same direction on gold, so more strategies do not automatically mean less concentrated risk.
Understand the pending-order grid
Evolution distributes Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders around price. Its controls include placement distance, maximum range, stop loss and a trailing activation/step. Fixed sizing and percentage-risk sizing are described, together with margin checks, trading hours and a spread filter.
The grid is material to the buying decision. Several pending orders may become several live positions during a sharp move; a per-trade risk setting is not necessarily a limit on their combined loss. Check the maximum order count, total volume and exposure after consecutive triggers before selecting a configuration.
What to verify in a trial
Use the documented MT4 XAUUSD M5 setup, then test whether the intended broker accepts the order distances and modifications. Record rejected orders, slippage and costs as well as the strategy labels. A scenario with fewer orders is a different configuration from one allowing many simultaneous entries.
The developer mentions funded-account uses, but that does not establish approval under any particular firm’s rules. Check the current daily-loss calculation, overnight restrictions and trading-method policy yourself. Historical simulation and the presence of stop losses do not guarantee that a pending-order grid will stay inside a future account limit.
