Night Walker EA MT5 trades short-term Forex ranges around the transition from the US session to Asia. Bollinger Bands, CCI and RSI guide entries, while an ADX filter and news controls restrict unsuitable conditions.
A session-specific mean-reversion approach
The system looks for price reaching the edges of a defined range rather than chasing a breakout. CCI and RSI help assess exhaustion, while ADX is intended to screen out unsuitable regimes. The developer describes independent trades without grid, martingale or averaging. A high win rate is not the same as profitability: the current linked account has larger average losses than wins.
Pairs, timing and trading costs
The published instruments are AUDCAD, EURAUD, EURGBP, GBPUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF and USDJPY. Load the appropriate symbol preset and check its session settings against broker server time. Raw or zero-spread accounts are recommended because the profit targets are short. The stated $50 starting balance is a developer minimum, not assurance that every broker’s minimum lot permits suitable sizing.
Two routes for scheduled-news filtering
The native MT5 calendar is the default and requires no external WebRequest permission. The optional ForexFactory feed requires the specified faireconomy.media URL to be allowed. The public preset archive predates the later addition of that alternative feed, so check the current inputs after loading it. Original screenshots and dated evidence
These seven original reports test the currency pairs separately over 2023–2025. They should be read alongside the public account’s less favourable observation: on 16 September 2026, it showed −3.17% growth over 33 weeks and 276 trades, with 19.15% relative balance drawdown and 10.43% relative equity drawdown. Its average loss was about 6.75 times its average win. The positive customer excerpt is early feedback, not evidence that the account’s subsequent losses were avoided.
