Edge Boost Pro EA MT5 trades support and resistance on Forex pairs and gold. It identifies chart levels automatically and evaluates both breakout and rebound entries, with one active trade at a time and predefined stop-loss and take-profit levels. A level-based Forex and gold EA with useful visual controls and a clearly described single-position approach. Its very young signal and a mismatch in that signal’s description limit how much confidence can be placed in the headline growth.

Source-based review checked 16 September 2026. We examined the developer’s listing, original gallery, available release notes, public comments and customer reviews. We have not independently run or backtested the EA.
Strategy and trade selection
The EA draws the market levels it is analysing directly on the chart, then filters possible trades around those areas. A break through a level and a bounce away from it are different setups, so it can respond to both continuation and rejection. The public description does not disclose the exact level-scoring formula or every internal filter.
How the settings change behaviour
The risk/reward setting affects which setups qualify, not just how far the profit target sits from entry. If the proposed stop and target do not fit the detected structure, the EA can skip the opportunity. The developer describes fixed exit levels after entry, a maximum holding-time closure, daily-loss protection and a total-drawdown limit referenced to the balance or equity peak.
The attraction is the ability to test both sides of a support/resistance decision while keeping the trade count and exit structure visible. The trade-off is that a tight technical stop can be hit repeatedly in noisy conditions. Raising the requested reward/risk ratio can reduce the number of qualifying trades. Compare trade frequency and losing streaks as well as total profit when changing that input.
Public performance evidence
The developer links MQL5 signal 2389650, titled Edge Boost Pro EA, on CapitalPointTrading-MT5-4 with 1:500 leverage. On 16 September 2026 it showed 373.20% growth, $381.97 profit, a $541.34 balance and $541.13 equity. The initial deposit was $100 and additional deposits totalled $59.37. This is a monitored account snapshot, not an independent verification of the broker or of which software placed every trade.
There were just 12 trades across about two weeks: ten winners and two losers, a 14.23 profit factor and 3.97% relative equity drawdown. Relative balance drawdown was 4.04%, distinct from the 4.54% maximal balance-drawdown figure. The best trade contributed $186.88—nearly half of total net profit. Seven trades were XAUUSD, four EURJPY and one EURUSD. Such a small, concentrated sample cannot establish a stable long-term return or risk profile.

History and evidence limits
Monitoring began on 3 September, before the product’s 12 September publication. The signal description still reads “Trading with NeuralBlast EA.” That mismatch needs clarification before treating every historical trade as current Edge Boost evidence. MQL5 also warns about the small trade sample, newly opened account and unusually high growth. The relatively low recorded drawdown should be read alongside those warnings, not used as a forecast.
Original developer images
The original images below include an earlier signal snapshot, fixed-lot and dynamic-risk tester examples, the chart interface and the news-access setup screen. The fixed-lot and percentage-risk curves use different sizing assumptions and are not like-for-like returns. They are developer-supplied historical illustrations, not tests reproduced by CheaperForex.

Account, broker and news setup
Supports Forex pairs and XAUUSD on MT5 hedging or netting accounts. The listing supports leverage from 1:30 and recommends 1:100 or higher; leverage is not a safety guarantee. No mandatory chart timeframe is stated in the written listing, so use the supplied settings rather than inferring one from an example chart. Assign distinct Magic Numbers to multiple instances.
The news filter uses two calendar sources. Original setup images show terminal WebRequest permissions for the feed. Follow the supplied addresses and instructions, then verify the calendar is updating. Daily-loss and drawdown settings do not guarantee compliance with every prop firm’s rules or prevent slippage beyond a stop.
There was no separate release-history link on the checked listing. A public settings request was answered privately by the developer, so no public manual or universal preset could be verified. The supplied setup instructions should take precedence over assumptions drawn from a promotional screenshot.
Customer reviews: what they establish
Four review entries were visible at the check, including one without written feedback. The written comments praised apparent simplicity, support, entry selection and early test results. The selected short excerpt is from metaangel; other positive comments were also very recent. This is early buyer sentiment rather than a long history of independently verified account results.

Comparing the three systems
Edge Boost Pro combines support/resistance breakouts and rebounds. BruteForce foregrounds selective reward/risk filtering while leaving its entry model proprietary. Impulse Rider specifically targets range breakouts. Similar dashboards and account controls do not make the strategies—or their performance evidence—interchangeable.
