Gold breakouts with a stop attached to every entry
AiX Gold EA MT5 trades gold breakouts at established daily and hourly price levels. Up to seven strategies prepare Buy Stop and Sell Stop entries with their stop loss and take profit attached, then manage open trades with strategy-specific break-even and trailing rules.

William Brandon Autry’s design combines predefined entry rules with configurable news, spread, sizing and rollover controls. The developer describes no grid, martingale or recovery sizing: a loss does not itself qualify another trade or justify a larger recovery position. Several independently qualifying setups can still be active together.

Choose whether Jev participates
The core strategy runs independently with Jev switched off. Observe mode records assessments while the trading rules continue unchanged. Filter mode can reject an entry or cancel a deteriorating pending setup when its checks qualify. The dashboard shows assessments, actions and estimated daily API costs.
Using Jev requires your API key, the specified WebRequest permissions and separately billed provider usage. It returns structured classifications and confidence information; confidence is not a trade’s probability of winning. Jev is inactive in the Strategy Tester, so the published backtests evaluate the underlying strategy.
Keep sizing and evidence in perspective
The developer’s 1% reference applies per strategy setup, rather than setting a 1% ceiling for the whole account. Several setups can overlap, and the sizing reference can retain a previous balance high. Attached stops, a daily limit and news controls do not eliminate gaps, slippage or losses.
The published long-term simulations cover January 2008 through 9 October 2026. They are historical tests, not a live record since 2008. The linked live account is much younger; the review separates that opening snapshot from simulated results and explains the different risk settings.

Which symbol, chart and account does AiX use?
Use your broker’s XAUUSD or GOLD symbol on H1 in MetaTrader 5. Prefixes and suffixes are supported, and MT5 requires a hedging account. Live trading is restricted to gold.
How does it enter and manage trades?
The developer describes up to seven strategies using established daily and hourly breakout levels. Buy Stop and Sell Stop requests include SL/TP, followed by strategy-specific break-even and trailing management.
Does it use grid, martingale or loss-recovery sizing?
The developer explicitly describes no grid, martingale or recovery trading. Each setup must qualify independently. Several qualifying setups can still overlap, so assess total exposure rather than treating each strategy separately.
Does a 1% risk setting cap the account at 1%?
No. The published reference uses 1% per strategy setup. Several setups can be active together, and the sizing reference can retain a previous balance high. It is not necessarily 1% of current equity after a drawdown.
Is Jev required for the core strategy?
No. Jev is optional and Off is the default mode. The core entry, sizing and management rules can run independently. Enabling Jev requires your API key and WebRequest permission; provider usage charges are separate.
What is the difference between Observe and Filter?
Observe records assessments and what Jev would do while the original trading rules continue unchanged. Filter can reject a new entry or cancel a deteriorating pending setup when the required checks qualify. Confidence describes classification certainty, not a winning-trade probability.
Do the backtests include Jev decisions?
No. Jev is inactive in the Strategy Tester. The published historical simulations evaluate the core strategy and do not establish an AI performance improvement.
Does the opening signal establish long-term performance?
No. At the dated source check it contained nine XAUUSD trades across one trading day, with newly-opened-account and insufficient-trades warnings. That sample does not establish durable returns, drawdown limits or the effect of Jev.
