Gold M15 Persistent Scalper MT5 Review: Gold Basket Cycles, Sizing & Dashboard

Gold M15 Persistent Scalper is a gold-only basket system built to keep participating in M15 directional moves. Its useful distinction is that additions require existing profit and reversals require more than an arbitrary colour change. The trade-off is ongoing, potentially multi-position exposure, and the available dashboard needs careful reading before its headline growth is used to judge that risk.

A cycle has several separate decisions

The initial candle supplies direction; it does not decide every later action. The engine separately checks whether the basket and latest entry are profitable, whether price has travelled far enough for another position, whether a basket lock should move, and whether a reversal is strong enough. This distinction matters when testing: a good entry can still produce a poor basket outcome if later additions arrive just before a reversal.

Adding to winners changes the risk path

Winner-only scaling is different from adding to losing positions, but it still increases cash exposure as a trend matures. Several profitable tickets can reverse together. Compression can reduce old exposure, while the lot and position caps provide more direct limits. Assess the maximum permitted combination of initial entries and subsequent additions, especially if a small starting deposit is being considered.

Original MQL5 developer gallery, retrieved 20 September 2026. Developer promotional backtest poster for January 2024–July 2025. The headline is 6,000% returns; this is not verified live performance. The displayed starting balance plus net profit does not reconcile with the stated final balance.

Profit lock and reset behavior

A basket profit lock trails floating gains once its trigger is crossed. It should be evaluated alongside the basket target and emergency drawdown reset, not in isolation. Check whether the next cycle opens immediately after a target and what happens after a risk-triggered closure. Repeated resets in a ranging market can turn a finite loss per cycle into a larger series of losses; the August range-filter update is relevant to that scenario.

What the linked account actually shows

On 20 September 2026, the developer-hosted account 52914740 displayed $389.50 balance, 94.75% growth from $200, 381 trades and a 55.6% win rate. Its last shown trade closed on 19 August, more than a month before our check. The page flags historical trades without balance data and explains that total P/L is a balance difference rather than a complete sum of synced trades. These qualifications materially limit what can be reconstructed from the dashboard.

The 6,000% graphic is a different piece of evidence

The original gallery also contains a promotional backtest graphic claiming 6,000.12% return on a $5,000 deposit over January 2024–July 2025. That is separate from the linked account and is not a forecast for a new deposit. The displayed dashboard is branded XAUUSD ScalpingAI V19 rather than this exact product name, and its curve is described as account balance after closed trades. Neither the label nor a positive balance curve establishes current-build attribution or maximum floating-equity drawdown.

Allan Mabele developer dashboard account 52914740 captured 20 September 2026
Genuine capture of the developer-hosted dashboard on 20 September 2026. The line is described as balance after closed trades, not continuous floating equity. Latest displayed closure: 19 August; missing historical-balance warning retained.

A practical assessment sequence

Observe a complete gold cycle at conservative exposure: opening, a winning addition, a pullback, profit-lock movement and final closure. Repeat during a range and around spread expansion. The developer comment links monitoring but no customer reviews were available at our check. For comparison, DayTrader reverses on the opposite M15 candle, while this listing describes stronger reversal confirmation and a gold-specific configuration.
