Configure a price-speed strategy in MT4
The developer describes a signal process that considers candle behaviour, price steps, speed, time between prices and volatility before a trade is allowed. The hourly chart is the stated operating timeframe; it does not mean that every trade is held for an hour. Broker tick delivery and order execution still affect a fast-entry strategy.
Choose how the entry is executed
Select Trade switches between pending and market orders. Peak-correction inputs place pending orders relative to detected levels, while a time allowance applies to market entries. The source also lists negative-slippage protection and gap restrictions. Test the resulting fills and rejected orders on your own MT4 account rather than selecting the mode solely for a prettier backtest.
