What is Ghost Scalper MT5?

What do the four strategies actually give me?
Control and diversification within a single EA. Because each strategy runs its own logic and carries its own risk setting, you are not committed to all four behaving the same way — if one performs poorly in a given market you can disable it without abandoning the others. It also means up to four positions can be open at once, so size your account for the combined exposure rather than for a single trade.
How far back does the backtest go?
Not far, and this is the most important thing to understand before buying. The published backtest covers January to August 2026 — roughly seven and a half months, all within a single year. That window does not span multiple gold market regimes. One buyer who tested it over 2024 and 2025 reported the results were not conclusive for those years, which is worth weighing carefully. What drawdown should I actually expect?
More than the backtest suggests. The published test shows a maximum drawdown of around 2.2%, but the developer’s own live signals show maximum drawdowns between roughly 16% and 30%. Plan around the live figures, not the tested one — and note that maximum deposit loads on those accounts run between 26% and 35%, reflecting several strategies holding positions simultaneously.
Are the live signals real money?
Yes, four of them across four different brokers, and that breadth is genuinely useful for judging how execution conditions affect results. Read them carefully though: the accounts are small, starting at 100 to 200 EUR, and only two to three weeks old at the time of writing. One of them also received a mid-period deposit, which inflates its headline growth figure relative to the capital actually deployed.
What are the setup requirements?
MetaTrader 5 with XAUUSD or your broker’s Gold symbol, on an H1 chart, with algo trading enabled. Position sizing can be fixed lot or percentage-based risk, set separately for each of the four strategies. If you run it on a VPS, the dashboard can be switched to a smaller mode or disabled entirely to reduce graphical load on the terminal.
Do I need a VPS?
Yes. This is a pending-order system on gold, and pending orders need to trigger promptly at the moment structure gives way. A terminal that is offline or on a slow connection will miss or badly fill entries. Use a low-latency VPS near your broker’s server, and switch the dashboard to its reduced mode there.
