Project Evolution Breakout Scalper MT4 runs a two-pair Forex breakout portfolio from one MetaTrader 4 chart. It combines EURUSD and USDJPY signals with spread-aware trading pauses, fixed or balance-based lot sizing and a configurable weekly schedule.

Keep the MT4 setup focused on its built-in portfolio
The source lists five timeframes for each of its two currency pairs. The chart you attach the EA to is the control point for the portfolio, rather than an instruction to open ten separate copies. Enable the intended symbols in the inputs and check that the broker’s prefix or suffix is entered correctly. Avoid overlapping Magic number ranges with other EAs.
Choose built-in or custom settings deliberately
The developer’s linked custom-symbol guide explains that disabling Use_Custom_Symbol retains the programmed markets, timeframes and exit settings. Enabling it exposes custom-symbol and exit parameters. Start with the documented configuration before experimenting: a different currency or stop setting is a different test, not an automatic extension of the original results.
Spread handling is part of the trading decision
Max Spread limits expensive conditions, while Stop trade can suspend entries after an excessive average spread. The source also provides stop-distance adaptation, daily operating hours and a Friday ending time. These controls address trading costs and timing; they do not guarantee that a breakout will continue after entry.
What changed from our older MT4 listing
This page previously named an older fixed build. The description follows the developer listing. The old page URL is retained. Run a fresh MT4 test with your intended symbols and account settings instead of assuming results from the earlier build transfer unchanged.
Account and evidence fit
The developer specifies five/three-digit quotes, low spreads, a low-latency VPS and leverage of at least 1:100. Its stated $50 minimum is a technical recommendation, not a guarantee that a small balance can tolerate losses.
