The Gold Space MT5 is an XAUUSD breakout EA with three range modes, configurable stops and no grid or martingale. We examine its two public trading accounts, explain the settings and compare customer feedback with the recorded results.
Quick verdict
Main appeal: choose Tight, Wide or Mixed breakout modes, with configurable stops and targets.
Who it suits: traders looking for focused gold automation and control over trade frequency and sizing.
Main consideration: execution quality matters. The two captured accounts held trades for only seconds on average, making spreads and slippage particularly relevant.
This assessment uses public records and documentation. We have not independently traded or backtested the EA.

The Gold Space MT4: which edition should you choose?
MT4 edition update — 11 September 2026. The developer also offers The Gold Space MT4. Choose the edition that matches your terminal: MT4 and MT5 executables are not interchangeable. The existing MT5 product remains available.
The MT4 release history documents the AutoLot basis selector, optional Asian-session filter, holiday filter and stop re-anchoring. It also records broker lot-handling fixes. Similar feature names do not establish identical fills, default settings or results across platforms.
Signal evidence: both records linked from the MT4 product listing are MT5 accounts. The dated screenshots and analysis below concern those MT5 records, not a separate verified MT4 run. Check the live sources for subsequent results; do not apply their returns to an MT4 account as a forecast.
MT4 customer feedback

The MT4 listing had one five-star review at this check. The buyer reports a positive first month, but gives no account statement, settings or drawdown. That is encouraging initial feedback, with too little detail to validate long-term performance. Keep it separate from the MT5 reviews discussed later in this article.
The August MT4 discussion also explains that a privately shared test build had an expiry. The developer distinguishes that temporary build from the normal marketplace release. This matters when identifying a file; it is not evidence that all MT4 releases expire. A separate public manual was not linked—the listing directs purchasers to private documentation.
What you can change about the trading style
The developer’s listing describes a range-breakout engine with Tight, Wide and Mixed modes. Think of these as choices about opportunity selection. A narrower qualifying range can make the EA more active; widening it changes which movements qualify. Neither setting makes a false breakout impossible.
H1 is the recommended starting chart. That does not mean a position stays open for an hour: the chart forms the conditions, while exits operate independently. The distinction matters here because the two public records show average holding times measured in seconds.
When comparing settings, keep the broker, chart and sizing unchanged first. Otherwise, a different result may come from several changes at once. Record fill prices, costs and losing trades alongside the winning percentage.
Risk and execution controls explained
The release history adds useful detail beyond the sales headline. AutoLot can use balance, equity or the lower value. Equity includes floating results, so it can change the size of a new trade while another position is still open. That is a sizing choice, not a cap on the account’s total risk.
The stop re-anchoring feature responds to a slipped pending-order fill by recalculating its stop distance from the actual entry. The developer says it leaves the target unchanged and skips an invalid stop adjustment. It cannot undo a poor fill or guarantee that a stop executes at the requested price.
The holiday filter blocks new entries and removes pending orders on listed dates while continuing to manage open positions. The optional Asian-session window uses GMT and is disabled by default. The developer’s news-filter explanation limits that filter to FOMC, CPI and NFP; a high-impact label on another calendar event does not establish that it will be blocked.
Two public signals: compare the trading, not just the headline
Snapshot checked 10 September 2026. MQL5 labels both records Real Account; we are reporting that label, not independently auditing broker statements.
| Record | Growth / trades | Profit factor | Balance drawdown / average hold |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Gold Space Vantage Live 19 |
77.75% / 131 | 1.41 | 17.36% / 7 seconds |
| The Gold Space 95 Dollar Vantage Live 13 |
174.71% / 138 | 1.61 | 16.49% / 26 seconds |

The first account began with $300 and shows $233.25 profit. Its September calendar return was −14.01% at capture. The $95 account shows $165.97 profit and −13.60% for September. These are different starting balances and histories, not a controlled comparison of two configurations.

Both records warn about slippage when copying trades. That warning concerns signal copying, which adds an execution step; it is also a useful reason to investigate the EA’s own fill quality. The second record includes one AUDCAD trade and reports 97% algorithmic trading, so its entire history should not be presented as a perfectly isolated gold-EA test.
The statistics separately report relative equity drawdowns of 0.65% and 0.64%. We retain the larger, explicitly labelled balance drawdowns in the comparison instead of selecting the smallest number as an overall risk claim. Monitoring and calculation windows affect what each measure captures.
What the MQL5 customer reviews tell us
There were eight product reviews when checked. The screenshot below shows the newest short reviews and developer replies. These are MQL5 users’ comments, not CheaperForex verified-purchase reviews; we have not imported their stars into this store’s customer-rating score.

Support and initial satisfaction: tim10211021’s September comment is brief praise. Mohammed Aldawood describes satisfaction with the product and interaction with the developer. These are encouraging service signals, but neither supplies enough trading detail to measure long-term performance.
The more useful execution detail: Rustan Nino Mallari discusses extensive comparisons and praises The Gold Space, while also saying that live results can deteriorate relative to tests because of spreads, slippage and broker ticks. Lucas Matheus Brito Sousa reports a positive month and emphasizes Vantage. Their experiences identify questions to investigate; they do not prove that one broker or EA will outperform another for every customer.
Read the discussion as well as the stars. On 24 August a customer described a losing first day, and the developer attributed the losses mainly to slippage. On 9 September the developer also reported poor Vantage fills that day. The August discussion and latest comments give a more rounded picture than positive ratings alone. A single day is too little to establish an edge, but it can expose an execution mismatch.
Before choosing a configuration
- Check costs at the actual trading time. Average advertised spreads do not describe every fast gold move.
- Keep sizing understandable. Record the AutoLot basis and stop settings. Compounding changes cash exposure as the account changes.
- Test the intended chart and range mode together. A busy M1 test is not equivalent to the recommended H1 configuration.
- Use the current inputs. The release history includes broker lot-handling fixes. Avoid assuming that an older screenshot is a complete guide to today’s build.
The public listing says the manual and presets are supplied privately by the developer. We found no public manual download in the listing or the recent discussions inspected. The explanations here use the published controls and records, rather than an invented preset.

The Gold Space review FAQs
Does a 5-star MQL5 rating prove that the EA is profitable?
No. Ratings can reflect support or a short experience. Read the review text, its date and the trading record separately; a positive review is not a verified forecast.
Why might an H1 EA hold trades for only seconds?
The chart timeframe helps form its entry conditions. It does not set a minimum holding period. The linked records show much shorter average trade durations.
Can I copy the published signal and expect identical EA results?
No. Copying adds another execution step. Broker quotes, delays, spreads and trade sizing can change the outcome, and MQL5 displays a slippage warning on these records.
Does the $95 signal override the stated $200 starting reference?
No. A historical account beginning with $95 does not establish a suitable minimum for another broker or configuration. The product listing gives $200 for 0.01 lot.
